Built around one idea: the match is what matters.
EduconIndia began with the belief that Indian medical graduates deserved better than generic advice and one-size coaching. Twenty-one years later, that belief is still what runs the programme.

How EduconIndia started — and why it still operates this way.
EduconIndia was founded in 2005 in response to a gap that Srinidhi Naidu had watched widen for years: Indian MBBS graduates navigating the U.S. residency process with limited structured support, conflicting advice, and no one watching their timeline closely. The programme was built to be systematic and personal from the start — not scalable at the cost of individual attention.
The process has evolved significantly since then. Step 2 CK replaced CS. ERAS became more competitive. Match dynamics shifted specialty by specialty. What has not changed is the operating model: every student gets a plan built around their specific profile, regular check-ins that happen whether or not things are going smoothly, and access to Srinidhi’s strategic guidance at every stage. That consistency is what produces the match rate.
“Success in medicine isn’t found in books alone. It requires discipline that books can’t teach.”
Srinidhi Naidu · Founder, EduconIndia
Not a course. A guided process from exam to match.
Individual plans, not shared calendars.
Exam timing, rotation planning, and application strategy are built around your profile and graduation year, not a fixed programme schedule that applies to everyone.
Check-ins that happen regularly, not reactively.
Students are tracked throughout. If something is drifting, it gets caught early rather than at the point of crisis.
Nothing falls through the gaps.
The stretch between clearing Step 2 and submitting ERAS is where many IMG applications lose momentum. The team maintains continuity across that gap.
Join at any stage.
Students come to Educon at every point in the journey: planning in second year, mid-USMLE, post-exam and preparing to apply, or mid-application cycle. The plan adapts to where you are.
