Terms of Service

Effective 22 May 2026. Please read these terms before using this website or engaging EduconIndia’s services. By contacting us or using this site you agree to these terms.

1. About EduconIndia

EduconIndia is an educational consultancy based in India providing USMLE mentorship and US residency guidance to Indian medical graduates. We are not a law firm, a licensed medical practice, or an accreditation body. Our guidance is based on 20+ years of experience in the field and does not constitute professional medical, legal, or immigration advice.

2. Our services

EduconIndia offers:

  • USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK preparation guidance
  • US residency application strategy and support
  • Assistance with ERAS applications, personal statements, and interview preparation
  • Guidance on US clinical rotations and observerships
  • Ongoing mentorship throughout the residency match cycle

The specific scope of services provided to each student is agreed in writing before any engagement begins.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee acceptance to any US residency programme, a specific USMLE result, or any particular career outcome. Residency matching involves many factors beyond any consultant’s control, including USMLE scores, available programme slots, interview performance, and annual variation in the match. Our role is to give you the best possible preparation and support throughout the process.

4. Your responsibilities

As a student or enquirer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications and background
  • Engage honestly and in good faith throughout the programme
  • Comply with all rules and requirements of official bodies (USMLE, ECFMG, NRMP, ERAS)
  • Not misuse, reproduce, or redistribute any materials we provide to you

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, programme guides, and session materials — is the property of EduconIndia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EduconIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

7. Payment and refunds

Payment terms and refund conditions are set out in the individual service agreement provided to each student before engagement begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of service on specific payment terms.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
